Homes close to and over 5000 square feet have multiple lighting fixtures/loads that smaller homes do not use. Lighting loads such as art lighting, landscape lighting, accent lighting and wall wash lighting are often requested in larger homes. With all the new switches and dimmers needed for these additional loads many homes are bombarded with cluttered, unsightly wall switches. Lighting controls/ keypads provide a simple and modern alternative.

Many new homeowners are requesting the ability to manage and control the light on their property and in their residence. Motorized shades/drapes, skylights and fountains all add to the system and Lighting control provides a better alternative to traditional switches and wiring. We provide revised CAD plans for the electrician to follow. Control devices/Keypads are strategically located throughout the home. Each of these keypads has the ability to control your home's light, all controlled items are programmed to pre-determined "Scenes"; a scene is defined as specific combinations of controlled loads with provisions for start and stop times as well as intensity. Scenes such as Entertain, Away, Mood and Vacation are popular.
